Terms & Conditions

These terms of conditions are legal and binding. The client agrees on confirming their event (and/or paying the booking fee), that they have read the terms and conditions and understand them, without the need for a contractual signature.

Upon accepting the event, the date and time and your IP address will be used to verify this request.

1. General Terms 

  1. Until the client receives an event confirmation email, the event has not been booked with us.
  2. Any variation to our services must be agreed with us in writing 7 days in advance of the event.
  3. The DJ has a right to refuse to play at a venue that has a sound limiter installed. We recommend you contact your venue ahead of time and ask to see if they have this device installed. Please contact us to find out more about sound limiters and how they can ruin your fun.
  4. The client agrees that if the DJ is threatened with but not limited to violence, the DJ has a right to stop performing without penalty. 
  5. If, by act of god or force majeure (fire, flood, failure, reduction of power supply, intervention by the police-force, bad weather), the performance does not take place and the artist/DJ has arrived, the purchaser will be refunded 50% of the total amount.
  6. We may use third-parties to provide our services and you accept that your information including, but not limited to, your name, event date, and venue location will be shared with them. 

2. Payment

  1. A booking fee of 20% is required to secure my DJ services for the agreed-upon date and time. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount due.
  2. The full balance of payment for my DJ services is due 14 days in advance of the event with no deposit required unless specifically mentioned. Payment is preferred by bank transfer as per the details on the invoice. 
  3. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1% of the total amount due per day, starting from the day after the due date which is shown on the clients’ invoice.

3. Cancellation

  1. The client has a 7 day cooling off period, unless the event date is within 20 days of the customer being sent a booking confirmation email. Any cancellations outside of this window will be charged at full price.

4. Equipment

  1. I will provide all necessary equipment to perform my DJ services. The client is responsible for providing adequate space and power for the equipment.
  2. Our equipment is regularly PAT tested to ensure its safety.

5. Liability

  1. The DJ is responsible only for its own conduct. The DJ will be compensated by the client for any and all damage done to the DJ’s equipment by the client, its agents or guests. The client indemnifies and holds the DJ harmless for any and all property damage or personal injury, that results from or is related to the performance that is directly not caused by the DJ.

6. Third Party Suppliers:

  1. We work with third party suppliers to enable us to provide some of our additional services. The customer agrees that they have also read and accept the terms and conditions states from these suppliers:
